All ticket sales for the music festival are final. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued except in the case of event cancellation by the organizers. If the event is canceled, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket purchase price, excluding any processing or service fees, within 30 days of the cancellation announcement. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at purchase. If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date, and refunds may be requested within a specified period announced at the time of rescheduling.
